At Lunevi, we strive to ensure your selected garments reach you with care and efficiency. All orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of purchase. Once your order has been handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive an automated notification confirming that your parcel is in transit. 

Transit & Liability

While we carefully select our delivery partners to ensure a premium service, please be advised that Lunevi is not responsible for transit delays incurred once an order has been picked up. Should a delivery delay occur, our concierge team will immediately raise a formal inquiry with the shipping partner to facilitate a resolution. Please note, however, that Lunevi shall not be held liable for shipping delays once the order is in the possession of the carrier.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Please note the following regarding order cancellations and the subsequent refund process:

• Order Receipt Confirmation: Upon cancellation, it requires 7 business days for the item to be received and processed back at our facility.

• Refund Timeline: Once the return is confirmed at our end, your refund will be initiated and processed within 30 business days
