Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 25 September 2026

These Affiliate Programme Terms govern participation in the LuneviLife Affiliate Programme. By applying for, joining or using an affiliate link, you agree to these Terms.

In these Terms, “Lunevi,” “LuneviLife,” “we,” “our” and “us” refer to Lunevi Lifestyle Brands. “Affiliate,” “you” and “your” refer to the person accepted into the programme.

1. Programme overview

The LuneviLife Affiliate Programme allows approved participants to recommend Lunevi products using a unique affiliate link.

When an eligible referred customer:

1. accesses LuneviLife through your affiliate link;

2. follows @lunevilife on Instagram;

3. purchases an eligible product within the applicable attribution period; and

4. keeps the product beyond the cancellation and return period,

you earn ₹100 in affiliate credit for each eligible product purchased.

Affiliate credit becomes payable after you accumulate 10 eligible product purchases, equal to a gross reward of ₹1,000, subject to verification, applicable taxes and these Terms.

3. Joining the programme

Approved affiliates will receive a unique referral link or affiliate identifier.

The link must be used exactly as issued. You may not alter, conceal, manipulate or interfere with its tracking functionality.

You are responsible for ensuring that your referral link is correctly placed and functional before sharing it. Lunevi is not responsible for missed attribution caused by an incorrect, broken or modified link. 

4. The 30-day attribution period

A purchase may qualify when it is completed within 30 days of the customer’s valid click on your affiliate link.

If a customer later clicks another affiliate’s link before purchasing, the most recent valid affiliate interaction recorded by Lunevi’s tracking system may receive attribution.

Tracking may not work when a customer:

• blocks or deletes cookies;

• changes browser or device;

• uses private-browsing tools;

• prevents tracking through browser settings;

• completes the order outside the attribution period;

• uses a link that has been altered or incorrectly placed; or

• reaches the website through another attributed marketing source.

Lunevi’s tracking and order records will be used to determine attribution.

5. What qualifies as an eligible product purchase

An eligible product purchase is a genuine retail purchase that:

• is completed through a valid affiliate link;

• is attributed to the affiliate within the 30-day period;

• relates to an eligible Lunevi product;

• has been paid for successfully;

• has been delivered to the customer;

• has passed the applicable cancellation and return period;

• has not been refunded, returned, disputed or charged back;

• is not a self-referral or artificial transaction; and

• meets the Instagram-follow requirement described in these Terms.

The reward is calculated per eligible product, not necessarily per order.

For example, if one qualifying order contains two eligible products and both products remain valid after the return period, the affiliate may receive ₹200 in affiliate credit.

Delivery charges, taxes, gift cards, cancelled items, refunded items, complimentary products and other excluded amounts do not generate affiliate credit.

6. Instagram-follow requirement

For a referral to qualify, the referred customer must follow the official Lunevi Instagram account, @lunevilife.

Lunevi may request reasonable verification of the follow, including the customer’s Instagram username or a screenshot. Verification must not include passwords, one-time passwords or other account-security information.

A customer should not be pressured, misled or offered an unauthorised benefit in exchange for following the account.

7. Affiliate credit

An approved affiliate earns ₹100 for each eligible product purchase.

Affiliate credit:

• is provisional until the order has passed verification and the return period;

• has no interest value;

• cannot be transferred to another affiliate;

• cannot be sold or exchanged;

• may be reversed if the related order becomes ineligible; and

• is subject to tax deductions or reporting required by law.

Affiliate dashboards, messages or estimates may show provisional amounts. Only the amount confirmed by Lunevi is payable.

8. Minimum payout threshold

The minimum payout threshold is 10 eligible product purchases.

Once 10 eligible product purchases have been validated and have passed their applicable return periods, the affiliate’s gross reward will be ₹1,000.

Lunevi will contact the affiliate using the registered contact details to request the information required for payment transfer.

Lunevi will never ask for:

• an online-banking password;

• a card PIN;

• a UPI PIN;

• a one-time password; or

• social-media login credentials.

Affiliates should provide payment information only through a communication method confirmed as official by Lunevi.

9. Payment timing

After all 10 qualifying product purchases have passed their cancellation and return periods, Lunevi will aim to process the verified payout within 15 business days.

Processing may take longer when:

• order verification is incomplete;

• payment details are incorrect;

• Instagram-follow verification is pending;

• a return, refund, dispute or chargeback is under review;

• tax information is incomplete;

• suspected fraud is being investigated; or

• banking or payment-provider delays occur.

If one of the 10 products becomes ineligible before payment, the affiliate must earn another eligible product purchase to restore the threshold.

10. Taxes and payment deductions

Affiliate rewards may constitute taxable income.

Affiliates are responsible for understanding and meeting their personal tax, reporting and registration obligations. Lunevi may request information required for accounting, tax reporting or withholding.

Lunevi may deduct tax at source or make other legally required deductions. The amount transferred may therefore be lower than the gross reward.

Nothing in these Terms constitutes tax advice.

11. Required advertising disclosure

Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Lunevi whenever sharing an affiliate link or publishing promotional content.

The disclosure must be easy to notice and understand. It must not be hidden among hashtags, placed only after “more,” or separated from the recommendation.

Appropriate labels may include:

• Ad

• Advertisement

• Affiliate

• Paid Partnership

• I may earn a reward if you purchase through this link

Affiliates must follow the disclosure requirements of the Advertising Standards Council of India, platform rules and applicable consumer-protection laws.

12. Honest promotion

Affiliates must communicate honestly and must not:

• claim personal experience with a product they have not used;

• describe an AI-generated image as a photograph of the physical product;

• guarantee results, quality attributes or delivery dates not confirmed by Lunevi;

• make false statements about fabric, embroidery, origin, price or availability;

• describe a product as free when payment or another obligation is required;

• make misleading sustainability, artisan-welfare or social-impact claims;

• create false urgency or scarcity;

• conceal material terms from customers; or

• imply that they are employees, authorised spokespersons or legal representatives of Lunevi.

Product descriptions, prices and availability may change. Affiliates should direct customers to the relevant product page for current information.

13. Prohibited activities

The following activities are prohibited:

• purchasing through your own affiliate link;

• creating fake customers, orders, accounts, followers or engagement;

• arranging purchases solely to trigger a reward;

• encouraging customers to place orders they intend to cancel or return;

• using stolen, misleading or unauthorised customer information;

• cookie stuffing or forced redirects;

• using bots, automated clicks or artificial traffic;

• sending unsolicited bulk messages or spam;

• posting affiliate links in groups or communities where promotion is prohibited;

• using misleading coupon or discount claims;

• bidding on “Lunevi,” “LuneviLife” or confusingly similar brand terms in paid search without written permission;

• registering domains, usernames or pages that impersonate Lunevi;

• copying Lunevi’s website or creating a misleading lookalike store;

• making discriminatory, hateful, violent, unlawful or sexually exploitative content;

• promoting counterfeit goods; or

• engaging in conduct that may damage customers, artisans or the Lunevi brand.

Lunevi may suspend tracking or withhold disputed rewards while investigating suspected violations.

14. Approved brand materials

Affiliates may use logos, product images, captions or campaign materials supplied or expressly approved by Lunevi solely for participation in the programme.

Affiliate use of Lunevi materials:

• does not transfer ownership;

• must follow current brand guidelines;

• must not distort or recolour the logo;

• must not remove copyright, trademark or attribution notices;

• must not suggest ownership of the Lunevi brand; and

• must stop when participation ends or permission is withdrawn.

Affiliates may create original content, provided it is accurate, appropriately disclosed and consistent with these Terms.

15. Intellectual property

Lunevi and its licensors retain all rights in the Lunevi name, logos, website, photography, product designs, text, graphics and other brand materials.

No licence is granted except the limited, revocable permission necessary to participate in the Affiliate Programme.

Affiliates must not use third-party music, photographs, artwork, fonts or other protected content without the necessary rights and permissions.

16. Customer relationship

Customers referred through an affiliate link remain customers of Lunevi.

Product pricing, order acceptance, shipping, cancellation, returns, refunds, exchanges and customer support are governed by Lunevi’s applicable website policies.

Affiliates must not:

• accept payments on behalf of Lunevi;

• promise refunds or exchanges;

• collect sensitive payment information;

• confirm an order on Lunevi’s behalf; or

• make commitments that differ from the published website policies.

17. Privacy and personal information

Lunevi may collect information necessary to administer the programme, including:

• name;

• contact information;

• affiliate-link activity;

• attributed order information;

• Instagram-verification information;

• identity or tax information where legally required; and

• payment-transfer details.

Lunevi will process personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Affiliates must not collect, store or share customer personal information unless legally permitted and genuinely necessary. Customer data obtained through the programme must not be used for unrelated marketing.

18. Monitoring and verification

Lunevi may review affiliate content, traffic sources, attribution records, order history and programme compliance.

Affiliates must provide reasonable information requested to verify eligibility, promotional activity or a payout.

Failure to provide verification may result in delayed payment, reversal of credit, suspension or termination.

19. Returns, refunds and chargebacks

Affiliate credit connected to a cancelled, returned, refunded, disputed or charged-back product will be reversed.

If a reversal occurs after a payout, Lunevi may:

• deduct the amount from a future payout;

• carry forward a negative balance; or

• request repayment in cases involving error, fraud or programme abuse.

A partial return will reverse only the credit connected to the returned product, unless the remaining transaction is also found to be ineligible.

20. Suspension and termination

Lunevi may suspend or terminate an affiliate account if the affiliate:

• breaches these Terms;

• provides false or incomplete information;

• creates reputational, legal or customer risk;

• engages in fraud or manipulation;

• remains inactive for an extended period; or

• fails to comply with a verification request.

An affiliate may leave the programme by contacting Lunevi.

After termination:

• the affiliate must stop using affiliate links and Lunevi brand materials;

• unverified or fraud-related credit may be cancelled;

• valid credit below the payout threshold may expire unless Lunevi confirms otherwise; and

• rights and obligations intended to survive termination will remain effective.

21. Programme changes

Lunevi may update the programme, reward amount, attribution period, eligibility rules, payout threshold or these Terms.

Material changes will be communicated through the website, registered contact information or affiliate account where reasonably practical.

Changes will apply from the stated effective date. Continued participation after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Credit validly earned before a change will be treated under the terms applicable when the qualifying transaction occurred, unless a change is required by law or necessary to correct fraud or error.

22. No employment or agency relationship

Participation does not create an employment, partnership, franchise, agency, joint-venture or representative relationship.

Affiliates act independently and are responsible for their own equipment, internet access, content, expenses, taxes and legal compliance.

Affiliates have no authority to enter into agreements or make commitments on behalf of Lunevi.

23. Programme availability

Lunevi does not guarantee uninterrupted access to affiliate links, tracking tools, websites or programme features.

Temporary failures, maintenance, customer settings, network interruptions or third-party platform changes may affect tracking.

Lunevi will review reasonable attribution concerns but cannot guarantee credit when no reliable tracking or supporting evidence exists.

24. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lunevi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses connected with participation in the programme, including loss of audience, expected income, opportunity or data.

Lunevi’s total liability relating to an affiliate’s participation will not exceed the verified and unpaid affiliate credit owed to that affiliate, except where applicable law does not permit such limitation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

25. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, the affiliate agrees to be responsible for claims, losses or expenses resulting from:

• the affiliate’s unlawful or misleading content;

• breach of these Terms;

• infringement of intellectual-property or privacy rights;

• spam or unauthorised communications;

• false claims made to customers; or

• fraud or misuse of the programme.

This clause should be read subject to applicable law.

26. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute in good faith by contacting Lunevi. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Please include:

• your full name;

• registered email address;

• affiliate identifier;

• relevant order or tracking information; and

• a clear description of your question.

Do not send passwords, PINs or one-time passwords.

28. Acceptance

By joining or continuing to participate in the LuneviLife Affiliate Programme, you confirm that:

• you have read and understood these Terms;

• the information you provide is accurate;

• you agree to comply with advertising-disclosure requirements;

• you understand that rewards are earned only from verified eligible purchases; and

• you accept that Lunevi may reverse credit connected to cancelled, returned, refunded, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible transactions.
